Crazy few weeks!

We have had an eventful past few weeks. It started when both the kids came down with RSV, which turned to pneumonia and a double ear infection for John( poor little guy). On Wednesday the 22nd izzy woke up complaining of a tummy ache so I took her to the doctors with me - John had an already scheduled appointment to check how his lungs and ears were doing.

John was doing great, izzy not so much! After blood work and X-rays izzy was sent to the hospital for a CT scan. It was much worse than a simple tummy ache- she had an appendicitis!!!!! Surgery was scheduled for that evening at 5pm.

Which went very well! She is doing much better today and we will hopefully go home this afternoon! She has been such a brave little girl- we are so proud of her!
